Barbora Kohoutková
Barbora tied up her ballerines and we entered the forest. I deliberately chose late-afternoon sunlight, when the sun rays sharply pierce the foliage. I asked Barbora to dance and no sooner than she commenced tip-toeing I noticed that not only was the forest permeated with sunshine but suddenly there was music too! It was a soulful song that went on as Barbora performed her dance which was about the Lot of Man. While a world-famous ballerina, Barbora is still an enfant terrible in her home country. Her performance told the story of two ageless maxims: omnia vincit labor and omnia vincit amor, both of which unfortunately cannot hold true at the same time...
